Autumn Internationals 2025 Betting Preview

head

The Autumn Internationals return this November, with elite sides from rugby’s northern and southern hemispheres set to collide. With 23 games over the next five weekends, there’s plenty to look forward to in the 2025 Autumn Internationals. Read on below for the Spreadex betting preview, with key dates, stats and betting odds on all the action.

When are the Autumn Internationals?
1st – 29th November 2025.

Which teams will be playing?
Many of the world’s top sides will feature in this year’s fixtures, including all the teams from the Six Nations and Rugby Championship, as well as Japan, Fiji, Tonga, USA, and Chile.

How to watch the Autumn Internationals:
You can watch 22 of the 23 games live on TNT Sports. South Africa v Japan will be broadcast on Premier Sports.

How to bet on the Autumn Internationals:
Here at Spreadex, we will have a range of markets for both fixed odds and spread betting for every game of the Autumn Internationals. Markets will be released in the build-up to each gameweek, with our markets for gameweek 1 live now.

Betting Overview – Gameweek 1:
England are favoured in their opening match, currently sat at 3/10 to prevail over an improving Australia side. However, the last time the two sides met, a thrilling game last autumn saw the Wallabies come out on top. You can back them to win at 13/5, and they are 9.5-point underdogs in our handicap market.

Ireland v New Zealand should be another fantastic fixture this weekend. Andy Farrell’s side will take on the All Blacks at Soldier Field in Chicago, the site of Ireland’s first ever victory over New Zealand back in 2016. However, Ireland will be the underdogs in this one, at 17/10 to win the match, whilst the All Blacks sit at 40/85. If you’re looking for spread betting markets, our Total Points spread for the match is currently set at 47-50.

South Africa v Japan & Scotland v USA round out the opening weekend’s fixtures, with the Springboks and Scotland both heavily favoured by 37.5 and 41.5 points respectively in our handicap market. We also offer an international group market for an aggregate of markets across the gameweek. For example, you can bet on the total number of points scored across all fixtures from the opening weekend. This spread is currently set at 227-234, so if you’re expecting high-scoring action you can place a “buy” bet, or a “sell” bet if you expect defences to be on top.

You can read our Rugby Union Spread Betting Guide for more information on how to spread bet on all the action this autumn.
