The US Open continues on Monday, with more than a few big names in action as the 4th round wraps up. With defending champion Rafael Nadal, Dominic Thiem, Juan Martin del Potro and John Isner already through to the quarter-finals, the bottom half of the men’s bracket gets back underway at 4pm when Kei Nishikori takes on the unseeded Philipp Kohlschreiber. The Japanese 28-year old – whose best ever Grand Slam showing came in the US Open, when he got to the 2014 final – beat Maximillian Marterer, Gael Monfils and Diego Schwartzman en route to the 4th round, and has a Match Supremacy spread of 10.5-13.5 over his German opponent. A few hours later Novak Djokovic looks to continue his 2018 comeback with a victory over Joao Sousa at 7pm. The Serbian ace was triumphant at Wimbledon over the summer, and is making his return to New York having missed the 2017 US Open due to injury. He shouldn’t have too many problems on Monday, with Spreadex offering a Djokovic/Sousa Match Supremacy spread of 21-23. Next up, Marin Cilic and David Goffin come head-to-head at 9pm. After breezing through the first couple of rounds the Croatian almost suffered a shock against Australia’s Alex de Minaur, losing 2 consecutive sets to the 19-year old before battling back. Goffin, on the other hand, is yet to be stretched like that, though that’ll likely change on Monday evening, with Spreadex offering a Cilic/Goffin Match Supremacy spread of 5.5-8.5. Finally the modern maestro Roger Federer faces world no. 55 John Millman at 2am. The Swiss superman has barely broken a sweat so far this tournament, the most impressive result being the speedy way he dispatched of Nick Kyrgios in the 3rd round. Millman, meanwhile, is in the 4th round of a Grand Slam for the first time in his career, and will be looking to collect a massive scalp, perhaps the biggest there is. He will have to work for it, however, with Spreadex offering a Federer/Millman Match Supremacy spread of 19.5-22.5.
