How to watch Brentford v Chelsea
Live on Sky Sports Main Event.
Brentford have continued to impress this season. The Bees are undefeated after four games in the Premier League, including an impressive 3-0 victory over Spurs during the opening gameweek. However, with Chelsea making the short trip over to the Gtech, Brentford will likely face their toughest test of the year so far tonight. Can they continue their strong form?
BRENTFORD FORM
WIN: Reading 1-2 Brentford, 15 September 2026 – EFL Cup DRAW: Bournemouth 2-2 Brentford, 12 September 2026 – Premier LeagueDRAW: Brentford 1-1 Sunderland, 5 September 2026 – Premier League
Chelsea sit one point ahead of Brentford in the table, and signs have been mostly positive since Xabi Alonso’s take-over. The Blues have been an exciting watch this year, scoring and conceding goals in abundance, with the front trio of Morgan Rogers, Cole Palmer and Joao Pedro all delivering good performances. However, a draw with Hull last time out saw them unexpectedly drop points, something they can ill afford if they are to get back into European football this season. Can they bounce back tonight?

Hosts Brentford are very slight underdogs in this one. You can back them to win the match at 17/10, or at 6/4 in our 2-Up Early Payout market, which pays out if your team goes two goals up at any time during the game.
Chelsea are narrow favourites, currently priced at 29/20 to win, or at 5/4 in our 2-Up market. If you’re expecting a stalemate over 90 minutes, you can back a draw at 14/5.

We also offer a number of spread betting markets for tonight’s game, including our Goal Supremacy market. This market currently has Chelsea favoured by 0-0.2 goals. This means that if you placed a “buy” bet, you would need Chelsea to win to start turning a profit. A one-goal victory for Chelsea would win you 0.8 times your stake, a two-goal win 1.8 times your stake, and so on.
However, if you bought and Chelsea lost the game, you would lose money. Here, a one-goal loss would cost you one-times your stake, whilst a two-goal loss would cost you two-times your stake etc.
You can also bet on the total number of goals scored during the game with our Total Goals market. Chelsea have been one of the league’s highest-scoring sides, and this line is currently set at a healthy 3.4-3.6 goals. If you’re expecting another high-scoring game, you would “buy” and would need at least four total goals to turn a profit. Alternatively, if you expect a low-scoring affair, you could “sell” and would need three goals or fewer to turn a profit.
If you sold and the game ended 1-0, you would win 2.4 times your stake. However, if you sold and the game ended 4-2, you would lose 2.6 times your stake. It’s important to remember that when spread betting, if your bet loses, you can lose multiples of your stake, so be sure to choose appropriate stake sizes for each market.
