The last match between Chelsea and Man City was the FA Cup final at Wembley Stadium on Saturday, 16 May 2026. Man City won the match 1-0.
Both sides struggled to create clear-cut chances, but City's Antoine Semenyo broke the deadlock in the 18th minute, scoring the only goal of the game. Chelsea had two penalty shouts dismissed by the referee, but were unable to create enough genuine chances to level the game. This result gave City a domestic double for the season, and was the second FA Cup title Pep Guardiola's side had won in four years, attending the final for four consecutive seasons. Chelsea have had a tumultuous season, sacking two managers and looking at a mid-table finish in the Premier League. However, a win on Saturday would bring more silverware to west London, and would leave fans at least somewhat satisfied following a mixed 2025/26 season. Can Chelsea outperform their recent form and secure the FA Cup on Saturday?

Our football spread betting prices have the Supremacy as Man City / Chelsea at 0.75–0.95. This means a ‘buy’ bet at 0.95 would need Manchester City to win by one goal to start turning a profit (e.g. a one-goal win would win 0.05× your stake, a two-goal win 1.05× your stake, a three-goal win 2.05× your stake, etc.).
A 0.75 ‘sell’ bet would need either a draw, or Chelsea to win, to turn a profit (e.g. a draw would win 0.75× your stake, and a Chelsea win by one goal would win 1.75× your stake, etc.).
Our spread betting Total Goals line is 2.9–3.1. This means a 3.1 ‘buy’ bet would need at least four goals to be scored in the match to start turning a profit (three goals would result in a loss of 0.1× your stake, while four goals would return a profit of 0.9× your stake). Conversely, a 2.9 ‘sell’ bet would need two goals or fewer to be scored in the match to turn a profit (three goals would result in a loss of 0.1× your stake).
Remember that with spread betting, if you get the bet wrong, losses can exceed your stake/deposit. For example, a 3.1 ‘buy’ Total Goals bet would lose 3.1× your stake if the match ended 0–0. In the 0.95 ‘buy’ Supremacy bet example above, if the game ended a draw, the bet would lose 0.95× your stake. If Chelsea won by one goal, then it would lose 1.95× your stake, etc. And in the 0.75 ‘sell’ Supremacy example above, the bet would lose 0.25× your stake on a 1–0 Manchester City win, 1.25× your stake on a 2–0 Manchester City win, etc.
