Everton v Chelsea Betting Form

A strong season from Everton sees David Moyes’ side with an outside chance of qualifying for some European football next season. The Toffees currently sit eighth in the league table, six points behind fifth place which would likely see them play in the Champions League in 2027. With Everton knocked out of all other competitions, fans and players alike will be all in on an end-of-season push up the league table.

EVERTON LEAGUE FORM

LOSS: Arsenal 2-0 Everton – 14 March 2026
WIN: Everton 2-0 Burnley – 3 March 2026
WIN: Newcastle 2-3 Everton – 28 February 2026

Chelsea suffered a disappointing loss in a midweek tie against PSG which saw them eliminated from the Champions League. The Blues headed into the second leg needing to overturn a three-goal deficit, but could only fall further behind, eventually losing 8-2 on aggregate. Their league form has also been inconsistent, with just one win in their last five. They will need to pick up points on Saturday if they are to keep pace in the race for Champions League places.

CHELSEA LEAGUE FORM

LOSS: Chelsea 0-1 Newcastle – 14 March 2026
WIN: Aston Villa 1-4 Chelsea – 4 March 2026
LOSS: Arsenal 2-1 Chelsea – 1 March 2026

WHAT ARE THE BEST ODDS ON EVERTON V CHELSEA?

Despite some poor form and a demoralising loss during midweek, Chelsea head to the Hill Dickinson Stadium as favourites. The Blues are priced at 21/20 to win the match, or at evens in our 2 Up market which pays out if your team goes up by two goals during the match.

Hosts Everton are slight underdogs and can be backed at 12/5 to win, or 9/4 in our 2 Up market. If you’re expecting a stalemate, you can back the draw at 12/5.

EVERTON V CHELSEA FOOTBALL SPREAD BETTING PRICES

Spreadex also has a number of spread betting markets for Saturday’s clash. Our “Goal Supremacy” has Chelsea narrowly favoured by 0.3-0.5 goals. This means if you expect Chelsea to win, you can “buy” and if you expect either a draw or a win for Everton, you can “sell”.

Our popular “Total Goals” market is currently set at 2.75-2.95. This is for the total number of goals scored in the match by both teams. If you’re expecting a high-scoring game, you can “buy” on this market. You would then need at least three goals in the game to turn a profit, with this winning 0.05x your stake, a four-goal game winning 1.05x your stake, and so on. However, if there were two goals or fewer in the match, you would lose money, with a goalless draw losing you 2.95x your stake.

If you expect a lower-scoring affair, you would “sell”. In this case, you would need two goals or fewer to turn a profit. A 0-0 draw would win you 2.75 times your stake if you sold, but if we saw a high-scoring 4-3 result, you would lose 4.25 times your stake. It’s important to remember that when spread betting, if your bet loses, you can lose multiples of your stake, so be sure to choose appropriate stake sizes for each market.
