HAITI V SCOTLAND BETTING FORM

Haiti will return to the World Cup this summer for just the second time in the country’s history and for the first time in more than half a century. Currently ranked 83rd in the world, the small Caribbean nation beat out higher-ranked Costa Rica and Honduras to secure qualification, despite having to play every qualifying match away from home for political reasons. Key players for the Grenadiers include Sunderland’s Wilson Isidor and Wolves’ Jean-Ricner Bellegarde, both of whom have top-level experience. Haiti will be underdogs in their group, but their fighting spirit is unquestionable. How will they get on this summer?

HAITI FORM

WIN: Haiti 4-0 New Zealand, 3 June 2026 – International Friendly
DRAW: Haiti 1-1 Iceland, 31 March 2026 – International Friendly
LOSS: Haiti 0-1 Tunisia, 29 March 2026 – International Friendly

Scotland also had their fair share of drama in qualifying, though for much different reasons. The Tartan Army beat Denmark with some late magic in the final qualifying match to top their group and guarantee World Cup football for the first time since 1998. Steve Clarke’s side will be hoping to lead his side to the knockout stages for the first time in Scotland’s history this summer, but with a tough group including Brazil and Morocco, their opener against Haiti may be their best chance to claim three points. Led by the likes of Napoli’s Scott McTominay and Aston Villa’s John McGinn, Scotland boast some serious talent, but they will need to be at their absolute best if they are to go on a run this summer.

WHAT ARE THE BEST ODDS ON HAITI V SCOTLAND?

Scotland head to Boston as favourites for their first group game, currently priced at 2/5 to win. You can also back them at the same price in our 2-Up Early Payout market which pays out if your team goes up by two goals during the game.

Haiti are the underdogs, as they chase their first-ever win at a World Cup finals. You can back them at 6/1 to win, or at 11/2 in our 2-Up market.

These two sides are meeting for the first time, and with nerves sure to be running high at the World Cup, we may see a somewhat cagey affair. If you expect a stalemate in this one, you can back the draw at 7/2

HAITI V SCOTLAND FOOTBALL SPREAD BETTING PRICES

We also offer a number of spread betting markets for this clash, including our Goal Supremacy market. This market currently has Scotland favoured by 1.2-1.4 goals. This means that if you placed a “buy” bet, you would need Scotland to win by at least two goals to start turning a profit. A two-goal victory for Scotland would win you 0.6 times your stake, a three-goal win 1.6 times your stake, and so on.

However, if you bought and Scotland drew, lost, or only won by one you would lose money. Here, a one-goal loss would cost you 2.4 times your stake, a three-goal loss 3.4 times your stake, etc.

You can also bet on the total number of goals scored during the game with our Total Goals market. This is currently set at 2.65-2.85. If you’re expecting a high-scoring game, you would “buy” and would need at least three total goals to turn a profit. Alternatively, if you expect a low-scoring affair, you could “sell” and would need two goals or fewer to turn a profit.

If you sold and the game ended 1-0, you would win 1.65 times your stake. However, if you sold and the game ended in 4-2, you would lose 3.35 times your stake. It’s important to remember that when spread betting, if your bet loses, you can lose multiples of your stake, so be sure to choose appropriate stake sizes for each market.
