Liverpool suffered a disappointing loss to Bournemouth, the reds failed to build on their win versus Marseille and are now outside the Champions League qualification places in the league. Slot’s side have performed better in the Champions League. The commanding win over Marseille means that a win at home vs Qarabag will be enough to confirm a top eight spot.

Qarabag are having a slightly disappointing league side by their standards. Currently only second in the Azerbaijan Premier League. However, they have made up for it with impressive showings in the Champions League. Despite this being only the 2nd time Qarabag have qualified for the competition. They are in position to qualify for the knockout stages and drew with Chelsea already.

This match will mark the first time that Liverpool and Qarabag have ever faced each other. Qarabag did play another English side this Champions League season. Drawing 2-2 at home to Chelsea. Liverpool are heavy favourites for the fixture, they are 8/11 to Win To Nil, and 16/5 to Score Over 4.5 Goals. While Qarabag are 16/1 to win, and 11/10 to Score Over 0.5 Goals.

Selected football spread betting markets include Total Goals; the spread is 3.7 – 3.9. If you thought there would be 4 goals or more in the match you would make a ‘buy’ bet. E.g. a 1st Goal in the 33rd minute would return a loss of 7 x your stake. A ‘sell’ bet would also return a loss if no goal was scored.
