Manchester United v Leeds United Betting Form?

Two bitter rivals meet at Old Trafford this evening and there is plenty on the line for both sides as we reach the business end of the season. For Michael Carrick, securing Champions League football would be a major boost to his hopes of getting the long-term job at Old Trafford, whilst Daniel Farke looks to keep Leeds in the top-flight.

It has been 25 days since the Red Devils last played a competitive match and after a training camp in Ireland, they will be itching to get going again. Patrick Dorgu and Harry Maguire will miss this clash through injury and suspension respectively, but otherwise, Carrick has pretty much a full squad to pick from tonight.

MANCHESTER UNITED RECENT FORM

DRAW: Bournemouth 2-2 Manchester United. Friday 20th March 2026.
WIN: Manchester United 3-1 Aston Villa. Sunday 15th March 2026.
LOSS: Newcastle United 2-1 Manchester United. Wednesday 4th March 2026.

At the beginning of the season, most Leeds fans would have been happy with 15th in the league and a cup semi-final at the beginning of April, but it is getting increasingly tight at the bottom of the league. Just three points cover Leeds, Nottingham Forest, West Ham, and 18th place Tottenham Hotspur and there will be plenty of twists and turns in this enthralling relegation tussle.

Whilst Michael Carrick and his squad were spending time over in Ireland, Leeds were in FA Cup action, and it was a mixed bag for the Whites. A first FA Cup semi-final since the 1980s is nothing to be sniffed at, but the loss of Joe Rodon and Anton Stach through injury until May threatens to derail their season. There are also fitness doubts this evening over Noah Okafor, Jaka Bijol, and Gabriel Gudmundsson who has been a revelation at left back this season.

LEEDS UNITED RECENT FORM

What Are The Best Odds On Manchester United v Leeds United?

Manchester United are unsurprisingly the favourites for this one, with the hosts priced up at 8/15 to win and 1/2 with our 2 Up offer. The draw, which would be Leeds’ fourth in a row (if you include the West Ham match which finished level after 90 minutes) can be backed at 17/5, whilst a rare away win at Old Trafford is chalked up at 5/1.

Leeds have drawn seven of their last eight on the road in the league and there is a feeling they could shut up shop. Their final six games of the season are all against sides currently placed 10th or lower, and a point tonight would set them up well for the end of the season.

If the Red Devils are to get the win tonight, Bruno Fernandes could be crucial. The Portuguese schemer loves playing against Leeds and has scored six goals in six matches against the Whites. The former Sporting man is 6/1 to net first this evening and 15/8 to hit the back of the net anytime.
