Live on ITV.
Millwall and West Ham go head-to-head in the Dockers’ Derby for the first time in 14 years, with one of English football’s fiercest rivalries set to reignite on Saturday. The clash at The Den will be the 100th meeting between the two sides, with Millwall holding a narrow historical advantage over the Hammers.
Millwall made a fast start to the Championship this season following their third-place finish last term, but their form has since slowed amid a barrage of injuries. A number of first-team players are set to miss the derby, although Millwall will be hoping their passionate home support can be a leveller in what promises to be a feisty affair.
West Ham, meanwhile, endured a slow start to life back in the league, failing to win any of their opening three matches. The Hammers have since found their groove, winning four league games in a row to move to the top of the table. They also boast the league’s most prolific attack, with 20 goals scored across their opening seven matches.

West Ham are the favourites to win this fixture, priced at 4/5 on Spreadex’s fixed odds market (8/11 on our 2 Up early payout Match Odds market) with hosts Millwall priced at 16/5 (14/5 on the 2 Up early payout market) and the draw at 27/10.
The last time these two sides met was all the way back in 2012, when West Ham ran out 2-1 winners thanks to goals from Carlton Cole and Winston Reid whilst Liam Trotter got on the scoresheet for Millwall. A repeat of that scoreline this time round is priced at 15/2.
Alternatively, if you’re expecting West Ham to win with Millwall getting on the scoresheet without picking an exact result, West Ham To Win + BTTS is available at 21/10.
Our football spread betting prices have West Ham as the favourites with a Goal Supremacy quote of West Ham/Millwall (h) 0.6 – 0.8. This means a 'buy' bet at 0.8 would need a West Ham win to start turning a profit (e.g. one goal win would win 0.2x your stake, two goal win would win 1.2x your stake etc.).
A 0.6 'sell' bet would need a draw or Millwall win to turn a profit (e.g. a draw would win 0.6x your stake and a one goal Millwall win would win 1.6x your stake etc.).
Our spread betting Total Goals line is 3.05 – 3.25. So, a 3.25 'buy' bet would need at least four goals to be scored in the match to start turning a profit. Conversely, a ‘3.05’ sell bet would need three goals or less to be scored in the match to turn a profit.
Remember that with spread betting, get the bet wrong and losses can exceed your stake/deposit. E.g. a 3.25 'buy' Total Goals bet would lose 3.25x your stake if the match ended 0-0. In the 0.8 'buy' Supremacy bet example above, a draw would lose 0.8x your stake and a one goal Millwall win would lose 1.8x your stake etc. And in the 0.6 'sell' Supremacy example above, the bet would lose 0.4x your stake on a one goal West Ham win and 1.4x your stake on a two goal West Ham win etc.
Price Boosts are typically available on the Spreadex website the day before the game, so it’s worth checking back closer to kick-off for enhanced odds. In addition, Spreadex also features ‘Popular Bet-Builders’, specially curated by their in-house pricing team to highlight fan-favourite betting combinations.
In West Ham’s last Championship outing they dismantled Wrexham 6-0 with the spread betting market West Ham Total Goal Minutes making up at a massive 334. This time round West Ham Total Goal Minutes has a spread of 93 - 101. This means that if there were to be a repeat of 334 West Ham Total Goal Minutes, a buy at 101 would win 233x your stake.
Remember that with spread betting, get the bet wrong and losses can exceed your stake/deposit. So for example if West Ham failed to score West Ham Total Goal Minutes would make up at 0, meaning a ‘buy’ at 101 would lose 101x times your stake.
