Arsenal travel to Napoli to kick off their 2026/27 Champions League campaign, with the Gunners aiming to go one better than last season and lift their first-ever Champions League title. Arsenal suffered heartbreak in last season’s competition, eventually being knocked out by PSG on penalties following a 1-1 draw. However, Mikel Arteta’s side have made a perfect start to their domestic campaign as they look to retain their Premier League title and will be hoping to carry that impressive form into Europe.

Napoli, meanwhile, have endured a difficult start to the season, losing two of their opening three games to leave them on three points and sitting 12th in the table. They will be hoping to turn their fortunes around with a statement victory over one of the tournament favourites, although they will be without star man Scott McTominay, who recently underwent surgery to address a minor heart arrhythmia. Napoli will have the backing of their passionate home support at the iconic Stadio Diego Armando Maradona as they look to produce a major upset and kickstart their Champions League campaign.

Our football spread betting prices have Arsenal as the favourites with a Goal Supremacy quote of Arsenal/Napoli (h) 0.85 – 1.05. This means a 'buy' bet at 1.05 would need an Arsenal two goal win to start turning a profit (e.g. two goal win would win 0.95x your stake, three goal win would win 1.95x your stake etc.).

A 0.85 'sell' bet would need a draw or Napoli win to turn a profit (e.g. a draw would win 0.85x your stake and a one goal Napoli win would win 1.85x your stake etc.).
