Tottenham v Chelsea betting FORM

The upcoming weekend of the 2025/26 Premier League season sees a big London derby taking place in North London as Tottenham host Chelsea in a fixture that has had a reputation for being a real grudge match.

The Saturday evening meeting will be intriguing in terms of both sides' respective form and momentum, as both have flattered to deceive at times. Spurs secured an impressive 3-0 win over Everton in their last league outing, while Chelsea suffered a shock home defeat to newly-promoted Sunderland. While Spurs sit in third place currently, Chelsea in 9th are just three points worse off, highlighting how much a single weekend of results can flip the order.

Who will come out on top in this one and claim the bragging rights?

WHAT ARE THE BEST ODDS ON Tottenham v Chelsea?

The Spreadex Sports fixed odds Match Odds betting prices have Chelsea as very slight 29/20 favourites to secure an away victory while our 2 Up early pay out market, which pays out when a team goes two goals up, has the Blues at 13/10.

Spurs are available at marginally longer odds of 17/10 to secure the win in front of their own fans (31/20 on our 2 Up market), with the draw at 5/2.

Recent H2H form supports Chelsea being installed as favourites as the Blues have been utterly dominant, winning eight of the last ten with one home win for Spurs and a draw at Stamford Bridge in that sequence.

Tottenham v Chelsea FOOTBALL SPREAD BETTING PRICES

Our football spread betting prices have the Goal Supremacy as Chelsea/Tottenham 0 - 0.2. This means if Chelsea won 3-1 (or by any other two goal margin), a 'buy' bet at 0.2 would mean a return of 1.8x your initial stake.

However, if you bought at 0.2 in Chelsea's favour and the match ended goalless, you would lose 0.2x your stake. Or, if Spurs were to grab a 1-0 (or any other single goal margin) win, the market would settle negatively at -1 and a buy at 0.2 would result in a loss of 1.2x your opening stake.

You can calculate various make-ups by using our handy spread betting calculator, found here.

Our spread betting Total Goals line is 2.9 - 3.1. So a 3.1 'buy' bet would need at least four goals to be scored in the match to start turning a profit. Conversely, a 2.9 sell bet would need less than three goals to be scored in the match to turn a profit.

Remember that with spread betting, get the bet wrong and losses can exceed your stake/deposit. E.g. a 3.1 'buy' Total Goals bet would lose 3.1x your opening stake if the match ended 0-0, and so on.

Tottenham v Chelsea betting specials and price boosts

Chelsea had looked to be building momentum after four consecutive victories in the Premier League and Champions League including defeating Liverpool and demolishing Ajax 5-1, but they were brought crashing back down with a 2-1 home defeat to unfancied Sunderland, made even worse by the fact they conceded what was ultimately the winner in the 90th minute after some alarmingly poor defending.

The Blues have only had two clean sheets in their last ten matches - will Spurs exploit that weakness? Our Spurs Total Goal Minutes spread is at 70-78.

Spurs are another side of late that have focused on being dangerous from set-pieces, and one of the key beneficiaries has been Dutch centre-back Micky van de Ven, who bagged a double in Spurs' win over Everton. Can the Dutchman grab another here?

In terms of Chelsea goalscorers, summer signing Alejandro Garnacho grabbed his first goal for the Blues against Sunderland - could he follow that up here? However - Garnacho interestingly has a dismal record against Spurs from his time at Manchester United, with six involvements seeing five defeats and a draw.

Our Chelsea Total Goal Minutes spread betting quote is 74 - 82. In the last five meetings with Spurs, this market has settled at 50, 235, 96, 290, and 0. So, if you fancied a continuation of the trend, for example if Chelsea had a TGM make-up of 290 here, then a 'buy' bet at 82 would return 208x your stake.

However, if they were to fail to score at all (makeup of 0) and you placed a buy bet, you could lose 82x your opening stake. Or, if you placed a sell bet at 74 and the market settled at 96, you could lose 22x your stake. Or, if you sold at 74 and the market settled at 0, you would win 74x your stake.

Surprisingly, only three of the previous ten H2H matches has seen both teams score, and you can back both teams to find the net here at 8/15, while the price is 13/10 if you fancy the 'no' trend continuing.
