It’s been a mixed season for Tottenham Hotspur fans this year. This past week has seen them qualify for the next round of the Champions League with a top 8 finish, but their league form is quite the opposite with The Lilywhites finding themselves in 14th and winless in the league in 2026. Can Thomas Frank’s side find some form this Sunday?

Manchester City got back to winning ways last weekend with a 2-0 home win against Wolves. City now travel south in the hopes of cutting Arsenal’s 4-point lead at the top of the table. Erling Haaland found the net in midweek for the first time in six games, with the Norwegian only finding the back of the net twice in his last ten games. Will he find his scoring touch again in this one?

This will be the 7th time these sides have met at Tottenham Hotspur stadium in the league since Spurs moved there in 2019. Spurs won the first 4 ties at their new ground against City, but the Cityzens have won that last two meetings.
Spurs were also victorious at the Etihad back in August, and you can back them to win again at 7/2, or 3/1 in our 2 up early payout market. City can be backed at 4/6 to take the points, or 8/13 in our 2 up early payout market. There hasn’t been a draw in this fixture since 2010, but if you expect a stalemate in this one, you can back it at 16/5.

Our football spread betting prices have the Goal Supremacy as Man City / Tottenham (h) at 0.85–1.05. This means a ‘buy’ bet at 1.05 would need Manchester City to win by two goals in order to start turning a profit (e.g. a two-goal win would win 0.95× your stake, a three-goal win 1.95× your stake, a four-goal win 2.95× your stake, etc.).
A 0.85 ‘sell’ bet would need either a draw, or Tottenham to win, to turn a profit (e.g. a draw would win 0.85× your stake, and a Tottenham win by one goal would win 1.85× your stake, etc.).
Our spread betting Total Goals line is 3.1–3.3. This means a 3.3 ‘buy’ bet would need at least four goals to be scored in the match to start turning a profit. Conversely, a 3.1 ‘sell’ bet would need three goals or fewer to be scored in the match to turn a profit.
Remember that with spread betting, get the bet wrong and losses can exceed your stake/deposit. For example, a 3.3 ‘buy’ Total Goals bet would lose 3.3× your stake if the match ended 0–0. In the 1.05 ‘buy’ Supremacy bet example above, if the game ended a draw, the bet would lose 1.05× your stake. If Tottenham won by one goal, then it would lose 2.05× your stake, etc. And in the 0.85 ‘sell’ Supremacy example above, the bet would lose 0.15× your stake on a 1–0 Manchester City win, 1.15× your stake on a 2–0 Manchester City win, etc.
World Cup winner Cristian Romero has 3 goals in his last 4 games in all competitions. You can back the Argentine to get on the scoresheet again in our Player Goal Minutes market, which has a spread of 3-6.
Antoine Semenyo found the net for City once again last weekend. The Ghanian international got the 95th minute winner here in January for Bournemouth in a 3-2 win. His Player Goal Minutes spread is set at 15-18.
