Spreadex Sports previews the upcoming 2025/26 Premier League fixture between Tottenham and Nottingham Forest on Sunday, 22nd March in what may prove a real relegation 'six-pointer' for both sides, who are languishing in the relegation danger-zone.

Both sides come into this one off the back of midweek victories with Spurs finally securing the first win of Igor Tudor's interim reign as they beat Atletico Madrid, although that wasn't enough to avoid exiting the Champions League, while Forest progressed in dramatic fashion in the Europa League with a penalty shootout win over Midtjylland.

With focus now back on domestic matters, can either of these sides grab a hugely consequential win here in their race to survive?

Tottenham v Nottingham Forest betting FORM

While both sides have performed better in their respective European competitions this season, league form has been dire and both outfits are currently on long winless runs. Spurs last won in the Premier League on the 28th of December 2025, incredibly being the only team without a win this calendar year.

Forest have not fared much better, but claimed their last victory on the 25th of January this year. In their last five matches, Spurs have lost four and drawn one, while Forest have fared comparatively better with three draws and two defeats. A win here would see them leapfrog Spurs in the table, and with a far worse goal difference this may prove critical in the final run-in.

WHAT ARE THE BEST ODDS ON Tottenham v Nottingham Forest?

The Spreadex Sports fixed odds Match Odds betting prices have Spurs at 5/4 to secure a crucial home victory while our 2 Up early pay out market, which pays out when a team goes two goals up, has them at 23/20.

Forest meanwhile are available at 11/5 for the away win (2/1 on our 2 Up market), with the draw at 12/5.

Forest have had the upper hand in recent H2Hs, winning the last three meetings! This included a dominant 3-0 win earlier this season. Forest also won the last meeting at this ground last season, coming away with a 2-1 victory. A repeat of that result could be the most consequential win of their season, and can be backed at 10/1.

With only four of the last ten meetings seeing Both Teams Scoring, you can back Both to Score - No at 6/5 here.

Tottenham v Nottingham Forest FOOTBALL SPREAD BETTING PRICES

Our football spread betting prices have the Goal Supremacy as Tottenham/N. Forest 0.2 - 0.4. This means if Spurs won 3-1 (or by any other two goal margin), a 'buy' bet at 0.4 would mean a return of 1.6x your initial stake.

However, if you bought at 0.4 in Spurs' favour and the match ended goalless, you would lose 0.4x your stake. Or, if Forest were to grab a 2-1 (or any other one goal margin) win, the market would settle negatively at -1 and a buy at 0.4 would result in a loss of 1.4x your opening stake.

You can calculate various make-ups by using our handy spread betting calculator, found here.

Our spread betting Total Goals line is 2.65 - 2.85. So a 2.85 'buy' bet would need at least three goals to be scored in the match to start turning a profit. Conversely, a 2.65 sell bet would need less than three goals to be scored in the match to turn a profit.

Remember that with spread betting, get the bet wrong and losses can exceed your stake/deposit. E.g. a 2.85 'buy' Total Goals bet would lose 2.85x your opening stake if the match ended 0-0, and so on.
