How to watch Wales v Norway
Live on BBC Two
Wales are yet to score in their Nations League campaign after suffering one-nil and two-nil losses to Portugal and Denmark respectively in their opening two matches. Craig Bellamy will be hoping that home advantage can help snap the streak and bring his side their first win of 2026 as they return to Cardiff. Wales need to start picking up points fast in their group, as they are currently the only side yet to register a win. Can they get started in this one?

Norway have started more positively, with one win and one loss. The Vikings beat fellow Scandinavians Denmark in their opener, but lost to Portugal last time out despite yet another goal from Erling Haaland. The Man City man has 65 goals in just 57 appearances for his country, but will his club side’s recent charges prove a distraction for Norway’s number 9?

Norway head to Cardiff as favourites for the first away fixture of their Nations League campaign. You can back them at 1/2 to win, or at 4/9 in our 2-Up Early Payout market, which pays out if your team goes two goals up at any time during the game.
Wales are the underdogs, currently priced at 24/5 to win, or at 4/1 in our 2-Up market. If you’re expecting a stalemate over 90 minutes, you can back a draw at 7/2.

We also offer a number of spread betting markets for Sunday’s game, including our Goal Supremacy market. This market currently has Norway favoured by 1.1-1.3 goals. This means that if you placed a “buy” bet, you would need Norway to win by at least two goals to start turning a profit. A two-goal victory for Norway would win you 0.7 times your stake, a three-goal win 1.7 times your stake, and so on.
However, if you bought and Norway lost or drew the game, you would lose money. Here, a draw would cost you 1.3 times your stake, whilst a one-goal loss would cost you 2.3 times your stake etc.
You can also bet on the total number of goals scored during the game with our Total Goals market. The line is currently set at 3.15-3.35 goals. If you’re expecting a high-scoring game, you would “buy” and would need at least four total goals to turn a profit. Alternatively, if you expect a low-scoring affair, you could “sell” and would need three goals or fewer to turn a profit.
If you sold and the game ended 1-0, you would win 2.15 times your stake. However, if you sold and the game ended 4-2, you would lose 2.85 times your stake. It’s important to remember that when spread betting, if your bet loses, you can lose multiples of your stake, so be sure to choose appropriate stake sizes for each market.
