Spread Bets Of The Day
Mourinho’s Tottenham debut, a major meeting between Man City and Chelsea, and a surprisingly top tier clash between Sheffield and Man United – it’s our Spread Bets of the Day! 1. West Ham v Tottenham – Match to be drawn, 20-23.9It’s been a mad week for Tottenham, filling the post-international break lull by sacking Mauricio Pochettino to take a gamble on the not-so-Special One Jose Mourinho. He is looking to get the club’s first league win since the end of September, and first away domestic away win of the season, at West Ham on Saturday. Given their current record a stalemate isn’t out the question, even against a Hammers side currently in even worse form than Spurs. Spreadex are offering a Match to be drawn binary spread of 20-23.9. 2. Man City v Chelsea – Man City/Chelsea Goal Supremacy, 1.3-1.5City aren’t quite up to the same standard they were last season. In 2018/19 that lost 4 league games; already in 2019/20 they’ve lost 3, including that potentially title-deciding clash at Anfield pre-international break. Chelsea, on the other hand, head to the Etihad with 6 league wins on the trot. Yes, those victories have been against clubs lurking in the bottom half of the table. However, it is still a record that makes Spreadex’s one-sided Man City/Chelsea Goal Supremacy spread of 1.3-1.5 potentially a bit harsh. 3. Sheffield United v Man United – Marcus Rashford SMM, 30-36Echoing Wolves in 2018/19 and Burnley the season before that, Sheffield United are currently the Premier League’s surprise package. They sit in 5th place above the likes of Arsenal, Spurs and, crucially, Man United. Old Trafford’s finest can leapfrog the Blades with a win on Sunday, however. Will Marcus Rashford be to man to help them do so? He is coming off a strong international break with England, and sits at a SMM spread of 30-36. 4. Fulham v QPR – Total Goals, 2.85-3.05In Aleksandar Mitrovic, Fulham have the Championship’s top scorer. Sadly, the temperamental Serb is suspended for Friday’s clash with QPR. Will that impact the goals tally at Craven Cottage? After all, QPR could keep up their end of the bargain, with Nahki Wells on 8 and Jordan Hugill on 7. Spreadex are offering a Total Goals spread of 2.85-3.05. 5. Deontay Wilder v Luis Ortiz – Fight Minutes, 18.25-19.75In a rematch from their fight in March 2018, Deontay Wilder defends his WBC heavyweight title against Luis Ortiz on Saturday night (or the early hours of Sunday morning if you’re in the UK). Last time they met the Bronze Bombers got a TKO in the 10th round. Will he be any quicker this time round? Spreadex have the Fight Minutes spread at 18.25-19.75.
