Ryan began his career in sports coaching, spending two years in the USA including a role with Chicago Fire. He then moved into CRM, working for eight years across the industry — including a spell at Betfred — before joining Spreadex in 2021, where he continues to focus on CRM.

Away from work, Ryan follows football and golf closely, and brings that passion into his contributions to the Spreadex blog.
