Spreadex / West Brom Signed Home Shirt Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter (Spreadex), their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
2. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
3. To enter the prize draw, you must enter the required information (name, age, email and mobile number) in the entry form provided on the Spreadex website.
4. This promotion is not endorsed, sponsored or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.
5. The opening date for entries is 09:00 on Tuesday 28th November 2023. The closing date of the prize draw is 7:45pm on Tuesday 28th November 2023. (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
7. The winners will be the entrant who guessed the minute closest to the time of the first goal West Brom score against Cardiff. If there are more than one entrant with the same guess a random draw will determine the winner. If no goal is scored the prize will be rolled over for a future comp.
8. The winners will be contacted as soon as possible after the closing date and will need to provide proof of age, address and contact details. In the event that the winner cannot be reached, three attempts will be made to get in contact with the winner, after which a new winner will be selected, also at random.
9. Winners will receive a West Brom 2023/24 season Home Shirt in a size of their choice signed by the West Brom playing squad.
