Arsenal’s gap in the title race has reduced significantly compared to earlier in the season. A 4-1 demolition of Spurs in the North London derby was enough to send the Gunners 5 points clear of chasing Manchester City. Chelsea are the next visitors to the Emirates, a place where they haven’t taken any points from since their 2-0 win back in 2021.
Arsenal League Form
WIN: Tottenham 1-4 Arsenal, 22nd February 2026DRAW: Wolves 2-2 Arsenal, 18th February 2026DRAW: Brentford 1-1 Arsenal, 12th February 2026
Chelsea come into this fixture having taken two points in their last two games against Burnley and Leeds. They still find themselves sitting 5th in the table, but form needs to improve if they are to secure a Champions League spot, especially with other teams around them finding their feet with roughly a third of the season left to play.

Arsenal won both League Cup matches against Chelsea earlier this year and the Gunners will come into this tie as favourites. They currently sit at 8/13 to win the match, or 4/7 in our 2 up early payout market.
Chelsea are the underdogs and can be backed at 4/1, or 18/5 in our 2 up early pay-out market. The last draw between these two sides at the Emirates happened back in 2018, you can back the draw at 3/1.

Our football spread betting prices have the Goal Supremacy as Arsenal / Chelsea at 0.9–1.1. This means a ‘buy’ bet at 1.1 would need Arsenal to win by two goals in order to start turning a profit (e.g. a two-goal win would win 0.9× your stake, a three-goal win 1.9× your stake, a four-goal win 2.9× your stake, etc.).
A 0.9 ‘sell’ bet would need either a draw, or Chelsea to win, to turn a profit (e.g. a draw would win 0.9× your stake, and a Chelsea win by one goal would win 1.9× your stake, etc.).
Our spread betting Total Goals line is 2.9–3.1. This means a 3.1 ‘buy’ bet would need at least four goals to be scored in the match to start turning a profit. Conversely, a 2.9 ‘sell’ bet would need two goals or fewer to be scored in the match to turn a profit (three goals would result in a small loss of 0.1× your stake).
Remember that with spread betting, get the bet wrong and losses can exceed your stake/deposit. For example, a 3.1 ‘buy’ Total Goals bet would lose 3.1× your stake if the match ended 0–0. In the 1.1 ‘buy’ Supremacy bet example above, if the game ended a draw, the bet would lose 1.1× your stake. If Chelsea won by one goal, then it would lose 2.1× your stake, etc. And in the 0.9 ‘sell’ Supremacy example above, the bet would lose 0.1× your stake on a 1–0 Arsenal win, 1.1× your stake on a 2–0 Arsenal win, etc.
