Fulham are unbeaten in five games, having picked up 11 points over the festive period to move up to 11th in the league table. The Cottagers fought hard for a draw against Liverpool in their most recent match, with a stoppage time screamer from Harrison Reed earning them a point in a thrilling game. Marco Silva’s side are in form and will be hoping to pick up more points at home against London rivals Chelsea. How will they fare in this one?

Chelsea also needed some late-game heroics in their last game to rescue a point against Man City. The Blues showed some real grit in their first game without Enzo Maresca, with a stoppage time goal from Enzo Fernandez giving fans a positive start to the new year. However, Chelsea have failed to win their last four Premier League fixtures, and haven’t won away from home in the league since November. With competition for Champions League places hotting up, the Blues will need to rediscover some form this January. Can they get started on Wednesday?

This game could be a close-run affair, with the two sides separated by just three points in the league table. Our fixed odds prices have visitors Chelsea as slight favourites, at 23/20 to win the match, or 21/20 in our 2 Up market, which pays out if your team goes up by two goals at any point during the game.
Hosts Fulham are slight underdogs, currently priced at 11/5 to secure the three points, or 19/10 in our 2 Up market. You can also back a draw at 13/5. When these sides met back in August in the Premier League, Chelsea ran out 2-0 winners, with some controversial VAR decisions turning the tide in their favour. Can Fulham get their revenge on Wednesday?

We also offer a number of spread betting markets for Wednesday’s clash, including our “Goal Supremacy” market. This market currently has Chelsea favoured by 0.25-0.45 goals. This means that if you placed a “buy” bet, you would need Chelsea to win to start turning a profit, and if you sold, you would need Fulham to win. If you bought, a one-goal victory for Chelsea would win you 0.55 times your stake, a two-goal victory 1.55 times your stake, and so on.
However, if you bought and Chelsea lost the game, you would lose money. Here, a draw would cost you 0.45 times your stake, while a one-goal loss would cost you 1.45 times your stake, a two-goal loss 2.45 times your stake, etc.
You can also bet on the total number of goals scored during the game with our Total Goals market. This is currently set at 2.85-3.05. If you’re expecting plenty of goalmouth action, you would “buy” and would need at least four total goals to turn a profit. Alternatively, if you expect a low-scoring affair, you could “sell” and would need two goals or fewer to turn a profit.
If you sold and the game ended 1-0, you would win 1.85 times your stake. However, if you sold and the game ended 4-2 you would lose 3.15 times your stake. It’s important to remember that when spread betting, if your bet loses, you can lose multiples of your stake, so be sure to choose appropriate stake sizes for each market.
