Stoke V SUNDERLAND, saturday 3PM
Sunderland travel to Stoke on Saturday after seeing their 19-match unbeaten league run ended at Sheffield United in midweek. All of the Black Cats’ four league games so far have seen both teams scoring (1-1, 2-3, 2-2 and 1-2), while Stoke have seen two of their four matches featuring both sides scoring, and at least two goals scored in every match (0-2, 2-0, 3-1, 2-2).
We have Total Goals at 2.45 – 2.65 on the spreads for this one and Both Teams to Score at 4/5 on the fixed odds.
Lynden Gooch scored an eye-catching 55th minute lob in the defeat at Bramall Lane and is available at 20/1 to score first or last, 9/1 to score anytime or a tempting 2.5 – 5 on his Player Goal Minutes on the spreads. Don’t forget that Spreadex are best price on Sunderland all season and we are 13/5 on the Black Cats returning to the North East with three more points in the bag.
BURNLEY V blackpool, saturday 3PM
Burnley host Blackpool at Turf Moor hoping to grab only their second win of the season after a 3-match winless run and Spreadex have the Clarets clear 6/11 favourites to do just that.
On the spreads this translates to Burnley being 0.9 – 1.1 Goal Supremacy favourites over Blackpool despite the visiting side being 1 point better off in the table so far.
Goals have been hard to come by in Vincent Kompany’s four league games so far, and Blackpool have been equally profligate in front of goal so far, so there may be a case for punters to choose to sell. We have Total Goals at 2.55 – 2.75 for this one while Under 1.5 Goals is 5/2 on the fixed odds.
Total Goal Minutes have also been interesting Spreadex punters; TGMs made up at just 59 in the midweek draw against Hull and we have Total Goal Minutes at 130 – 140 for this one.
NORWICH V millwall, 8PM friDAY
The Canaries finally got their first win at the fourth attempt against Huddersfield on Tuesday night with a 2-1 success for Dean Smith's men. After an indifferent start, the pre-season favourites for promotion will look to make it back-to-back wins here.
Spreadex have the home side as Evens favourites with the visitors 16/5 and the draw 23/10. On the spread betting Goal Supremacy market this translates to Norwich/Millwall 0.45 – 0.65.
The last two fixtures between these sides have finished as bore draws, however, and we have a third consecutive 0-0 scoreline in this fixture at 7/1 on the fixed odds. With a Total Goal Mins spread of 118-128, a 0-0 draw would result in a settlement of 0, and a 118x return on stake for punters choosing to sell on the spread.
WEST BROM V hull, 3PM saturDAY
The Baggies have still yet to secure their first league win of the season, and Steve Bruce's men will be hosting a confident-looking Hull side here, who sit second in the table and undefeated so far.
Despite the form books though, they are heavily favoured to finally grab that win here, with Spreadex putting them at 6/11, with Hull at 11/2 and the draw at 3/1. The Tigers have lost all five of the last head-to-head meetings between these two though, so an away win would look to be a tall order.
While goals have been hard to come by for West Brom this season, this hasn't shown to be a problem when facing Hull, and Spreadex have Total Goals at 2.5 - 2.7, with Total Goal Minutes at 127 - 137.
