Despite their start to the season, Tottenham head into one as betting favourites. You can back them at Evens to claim their first three points of the league campaign, or you can back them at 19/20 in our 2 Up market which pays out if your team goes up by two goals.
Everton lost here on the final day of last season but with the stakes different now, you can back them to win at 5/2, or at 23/10 in our 2 Up market. If you’re expecting a stalemate, you can back the draw at 27/10.

We also offer a number of spread betting markets for Sunday’s clash, including our “Goal Supremacy” market. This market currently has Tottenham favoured by 0.35-0.55 goals. This means that if you placed a “buy” bet, you would need Spurs to win to start turning a profit, and if you sold, you would need Everton to win or draw. If you bought, a one-goal victory for Tottenham would win you 0.45 times your stake, a two-goal victory 1.45 times your stake, and so on.
However, if you bought and Tottenham lost or drew you would lose money. Here, a draw would cost you 0.55 times your stake and a one-goal loss would cost you 1.55 times your stake.
You can also bet on the total number of goals scored during the game with our Total Goals market. This is currently set at 2.7-2.9. If you’re expecting plenty of goalmouth action, you would “buy” and would need at least three total goals to turn a profit. Alternatively, if you expect a low-scoring affair, you could “sell” and would need two goals or fewer to turn a profit.
If you sold and the game ended 1-0, you would win 1.7 times your stake. However, if you sold and the game ended 4-2, you would lose 3.1 times your stake. It’s important to remember that when spread betting, if your bet loses, you can lose multiples of your stake, so be sure to choose appropriate stake sizes for each market.
