Now they face a tough task, as a Millwall side who finished 10 points ahead of them comes to town.

Hull head into the first leg of this playoff semi-final as underdogs. You can back the hosts to win the match at 19/10, or at 9/5 in our 2 Up market which pays out if your team goes up by two goals.
Millwall are the favourites at 7/5 to win, or 13/5 in our 2 Up market. If you’re expecting a close-run affair, you can back the draw at 9/4.

We also offer a number of spread betting markets for tonight’s clash, including our “Goal Supremacy” market. This market currently has Millwall favoured by 0.05-0.25 goals. This means that if you placed a “buy” bet, you would need Millwall to win to start turning a profit, and if you sold, you would need Hull to win or draw. If you bought, a two-goal victory for Hull would win you 1.75 times your stake, a three-goal victory 2.75 times your stake, and so on.
However, if you bought and Millwall lost or drew you would lose money. Here, a one-goal loss would cost you 1.25 times your stake, a two-goal loss 2.25 times your stake, etc.
You can also bet on the total number of goals scored during the game with our Total Goals market. This is currently set at 2.45-2.65. If you’re expecting plenty of goalmouth action, you would “buy” and would need at least three total goals to turn a profit. Alternatively, if you expect a low-scoring affair, you could “sell” and would need two goals or fewer to turn a profit.
If you sold and the game ended 1-0, you would win 1.45 times your stake. However, if you sold and the game ended 4-2, you would lose 3.55 times your stake. It’s important to remember that when spread betting, if your bet loses, you can lose multiples of your stake, so be sure to choose appropriate stake sizes for each market.
