The Manchester City players did well to overcome the noise surrounding the club’s charges last weekend with a convincing 3-0 win away at Liverpool. This extended their 100% league record to six games. Next up are the back-to-back Champions League winners PSG, in what is likely to be Enzo Maresca’s toughest game yet as Manchester City manager.

This is arguably the game of the league phase for this year’s competition, and the odds reflect how close of a game this is going to be. These sides have met 8 times, with City winning 4 of them. You back City to win again on home soil at 23/20, or 21/20 in our 2 up early payout market.
PSG have won twice against City but on their travels to the Etihad have lost 3 out of 4 times. If you think the current holders are a greater match this time you can back them at 19/10 or at 17/10 in our 2 up early payout market.
The first two times these sides met ended in a draw, with the last being in 2016. If you think the draw is on the cards again you can back it at 3/1.

Our football spread betting prices have the Supremacy as Man City / PSG at 0.2–0.4. This means a ‘buy’ bet at 0.4 would need Manchester City to win by one goal to start turning a profit (e.g. a one-goal win would win 0.6× your stake, a two-goal win 1.6× your stake, a three-goal win 2.6× your stake, etc.).
A 0.2 ‘sell’ bet would need either a draw, or PSG to win, to turn a profit (e.g. a draw would win 0.2× your stake, and a PSG win by one goal would win 1.2× your stake, etc.).
Our spread betting Total Goals line is 3.4–3.6. This means a 3.6 ‘buy’ bet would need at least four goals to be scored in the match to start turning a profit (four goals would return a profit of 0.4× your stake). Conversely, a 3.4 ‘sell’ bet would need three goals or fewer to be scored in the match to turn a profit (four goals would result in a loss of 0.6× your stake).
Remember that with spread betting, if you get the bet wrong, losses can exceed your stake/deposit. For example, a 3.6 ‘buy’ Total Goals bet would lose 3.6× your stake if the match ended 0–0. In the 0.4 ‘buy’ Supremacy bet example above, if the game ended a draw, the bet would lose 0.4× your stake. If PSG won by one goal, then it would lose 1.4× your stake, etc. And in the 0.2 ‘sell’ Supremacy example above, the bet would lose 0.8× your stake on a 1–0 Manchester City win, 1.8× your stake on a 2–0 Manchester City win, etc.
