Belgium Recent Form
Belgium's start to the WC campaign wasn't ideal but gave them a platform to build on, as an Egyptian own-goal saw them salvage a 1-1 draw against the Pharaohs. Starting as strong group favourites pre-tournament, the Red Devils will look to get back to winning ways here.
Draw: Belgium 1-1 Egypt, 15 June 2026.
Win: Belgium 5-0 Tunisia, 6 June 2026.
Win: Croatia 0-2 Belgium, 2 June 2026.
Draw: Mexico 1-1 Belgium, 1 April 2026.
Win: USA 2-5 Belgium, 28 March 2026.
Iran Recent Form
Iran also started their campaign with a draw, fighting back twice to claim a 2-2 share of the spoils with New Zealand. While that point has given them a platform to work with, taking on Belgium will surely prove a heavier test of their mettle but a shock win would surely secure progression to the next stage.
Draw: Iran 2-2 New Zealand, 16 June 2026.
Win: Iran 2-0 Mali, 4 June 2026.
Win: Iran 3-1 Gambia, 29 May 2026.
Win: Costa Rica 0-5 Iran, 31 March 2026.
Loss: Iran 1-2 Nigeria, 27 March 2026.

Alternatively, sports spread betting markets are available for the match, offering a different way to bet on sports compared to regular fixed odds betting.
Selected football spread betting markets include Total Goals; the spread is 2.75 – 2.95. If you thought there would be 4 goals or more in the match you would make a ‘buy’ bet. If the match finished 4-1 then a ‘buy’ bet would return a profit of 2.05 x your stake. However, if the match finished with 3 goals or less then a ‘buy’ bet would return a loss. E.g. a final score of 1-0 would return a loss of 1.95x your stake.
Another available spread betting market is 1st Match Goal; the spread is 34 – 37. If you thought the 1st Goal would come before the 34th minute you would make a ‘sell’ bet. If the 1st Goal came in the 17th minute, then a ‘sell’ bet would return 17x your stake. However, if the 1st Goal came after the 37th minute then a ‘sell’ bet would return a loss. E.g. a 1st Goal in the 44th minute would return a loss of 10x your stake. A ‘sell’ bet would also return a loss if no goal was scored.
