How to watch Crystal Palace v Shakhtar DonetskLive on TNT Sports 2.
Crystal Palace will be hoping to pick up where they left off last week after earning a 3-1 victory in the first leg. Oliver Glasner’s side shot out of the blocks, scoring within the first minute and managed to withstand a series of attacks from their opponents to come into Thursday’s fixture with a two-goal cushion. League form continues to be disappointing for Palace, but all eyes are now firmly on the Conference League until the end of the season.

Shakhtar Donetsk will be feeling disappointed after last week’s loss at home. The hosts conceded early and struggled to convert their possession dominance into clear-cut chances. Arda Turan’s men now have to overturn a two-goal deficit at Selhurst Park, an unfamiliar task given Shakhtar have been either level or ahead going into the second leg in all their Conference League ties this season. Can they stage a comeback on Thursday?

We also offer a number of spread betting markets for Thursday’s clash, including our “Goal Supremacy” market. This market currently has Crystal Palace favoured by 0.95-1.15 goals. This means that if you placed a “buy” bet, you would need Crystal Palace to win by at least two goals to start turning a profit, and if you sold, you would need Shakhtar to win, draw, or lose by one. If you bought, a two-goal victory for Crystal Palace would win you 0.85 times your stake, a three-goal victory 1.85 times your stake, and so on.
However, if you bought and Crystal Palace lost, drew, or won by only one, you would lose money. Here, a one-goal loss would cost you 2.15 times your stake, a two-goal loss 3.15 times your stake, etc.
You can also bet on the total number of goals scored during the game with our Total Goals market. This is currently set at 2.65-2.85. If you’re expecting plenty of goalmouth action, you would “buy” and would need at least three total goals to turn a profit. Alternatively, if you expect a low-scoring affair, you could “sell” and would need two goals or fewer to turn a profit.
If you sold and the game ended 1-0, you would win 1.65 times your stake. However, if you sold and the game ended 4-2, you would lose 3.35 times your stake. It’s important to remember that when spread betting, if your bet loses, you can lose multiples of your stake, so be sure to choose appropriate stake sizes for each market.
