Six consecutive defeats in the league and another manager sacked as increased pressure on the board with fans making their frustrations heard.

Liverpool have lost their last two matches against Chelsea. Both at Stamford Bridge, the most recent earlier this season due to a last minute goal, and the other last season after they had been crowned Champions. However, the last meeting at Anfield was won by Liverpool 2-1.

Selected football spread betting markets include Total Goals; the spread is 3.5 – 3.7. If you thought, there would be 4 goals or more in the match you would make a ‘buy’ bet. If the match finished 4-1 then a ‘buy’ bet would return a profit of 1.3 x your stake. However, if the match finished with 3 goals or less then a ‘buy’ bet would return a loss. E.g. a final score of 2-0 would return a loss of 1.7 x your stake.
Another available spread betting market is 1st Match Goal; the spread is 28 – 31. If you thought the 1st Goal would come before the 28th minute you would make a ‘sell’ bet. If the 1st Goal came in the 18th minute, then a ‘sell’ bet would return 10 x your stake. However, if the 1st Goal came after the 28th minute then a ‘sell’ bet would return a loss. E.g. a 1st Goal in the 35th minute would return a loss of 7 x your stake. A ‘sell’ bet would also return a loss if no goal was scored.
